Shipments within Greece
All shipments to destinations within Greece are made without shipping costs for purchases over €50. In purchases worth less than €50, the shipping charge is €3.5. The products you ordered are sent to the address you have specified for us, through a courier company.
Shipments abroad
The products you ordered are sent to the address you have assigned to us, through the courier company "DHL" (for shipments in Cyprus, we use General Post). All shipments to destinations outside Greece are made with shipping costs. The charge in these cases varies depending on the country of destination, and the total value of the order.
- For shipments within the European Union the shipping cost is 15 € for purchases worth up to 100 € and 10 € for purchases worth 101 € and more.
- For shipments to third countries (outside the European Union) the shipping cost is € 20 for purchases worth up to € 100 and € 15 for purchases worth € 101 and up.
The amount of charge that will be calculated based on the above is displayed, as soon as you login or provide your details, indicating the country of dispatch.
Shipping / Delivery time
Orders are sent by our company on the same day, as long as they have been registered by 12:00 working day and there is no problem with availability or other reason (eg need to confirm shipping details).
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday and from 9.00 am. up to 5.00 pm for Greece and the 27 countries of the European Union, and the delivery will take place within 2-3 working days. For the rest of the world, 3-4 days are required with the possibility of extension depending on the customs regime that governs each country.
Order delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
* In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order
* In case it is impossible to communicate with you by phone and / or by e-mail (email) (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. you have entered are not properly updated.
Product Purchase - Payment Method - Return Policy
The products posted on zolota.gr are presented with retail prices including VAT. In addition to the retail cost, each user / customer pays the shipping cost, when it exists, the size of which will be announced before the final submission of his order. The company can modify the prices of its products. Any modification will not affect existing orders that are being processed or shipped.
Payment for the products can be made in one of the following ways: credit or debit card, PayPal, bank deposit or cash on delivery. After the completion of the order, an email will be sent to the customer confirming his order.
Upon receipt of the product, the customer is responsible to check if the packaging is intact and if the condition of the products received is the desired or there are any obvious problems or defects of the product so as not to lose the rights under the law on defective products .
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal 14 days from the receipt of his order and request a refund and not necessarily a new order, without justifying the return. The merchant must return the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, it may be delayed to return the money if you do not receive the products or proof of return. Refunds must include shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase. The product to be returned must be in excellent condition and in intact packaging and not used.
No refunds will be given to any product if it has been used or its packaging has been altered in any way. In case a product proves to be defective it is subject to any warranty of the company that produced it and the responsibility for repair and / or replacement belongs to it.
